All citrus helps us to love life, even when it's difficult. And the rinds help support healthy boundaries. Lemon is an uplifter who facilitates joy. She makes you feel as if you've been kissed by the sun.
I like to use her on the top of my feet with the intention to bring in awareness of joy. But as with all citrus, she can cause a sunburn. I don't use her if I'm going to be spending time outside.
