Chamomile is about becoming stronger and creating a more authentic life. It is also used when we need support in not giving up. She helps with discernment and gaining perspective.

I think of her as my "sleepy time oil" I put her on my crown or behind my ears if I'm having trouble going to sleep or staying asleep. But be careful, she is blue and will get on your pillowcase.
