Frankincense (Olibanum)

Origin: Somalia

Plant part (steam distilled): Gum resin

This has been known from antiquity, as aiding in all levels of spiritual work and opens us up for connection with the Divine. 

I probably use her more than any. She's with me daily in my mediations practice and on my crown chakra with the intention of connection. I also place her inside my mask for a yummy treat.
