Hey Plus Size Lady Krewe!

While I don’t miss the grid of retail life, I do miss seeing YOU.

Let’s get together for a Plus Size Lady Krewe hangout! I have an idea to do a little evening kayak trip down Bayou St. John, Saturday, July 30th from 5-7 pm.

I know some of you have your own kayaks or canoes, and for those of us who don’t, we can rent from Bayou Paddlesport for only $25.

You don't need to be an experienced kayaker to come have fun. In fact, I've only done it a handful of times in my entire life. My plan is to go slow, let my arms rest when needed, and laugh a lot.

If you want to join in the fun, I need you to do 2 things:

Note PSLK in the comments. Bayou Paddle Sports have 16 kayaks that hold up to 200 lbs, 8 kayaks that hold up to 300 lbs, and 2 kayaks that hold up to 350 lbs.

This is the only way I can know how many of you to expect. I will plan a little treat for us on the bayou for a 4:00 pre-kayak hangout.

P.S. I know many of you are itching for another pool party. Honestly, I would love one too, but I don't have it in me right now to do all the planning (maybe next year).
